Medium density fiber board (mdf) is a third generation plywood -substitute formed by defibrizing wood fibres wherein high quality wood fibres are bonded with resin under pressure. The  mdf board has a homogeneous internal structure with a super smooth finish. The high-tech manufacturing process of the board eliminates the need for seasoning. It also ensures that there is no warping, cracking, splitting or knot formation while keeping the material termite and fungus resistant.
