For film coated plywood a high resin content paper is used as a film & pasted on the shuttering ply which result in a minimum usd factor of 25 usages. These are used for concrete frame work, structural uses, out door furniture, dams, bridge, vehicle seats, bus & truck bodies, railways coaches etc.

Exterior grade plywood is boiling water Resistant product made with Gurjan Wood face of thickness 0.5mm & core with 1.8mm alternate layers bonded with a Phenol Formaldehyde resin, as adhesive & preservative in every layer.

With more number of layers of veneers, this translates to additional strength & durability. With increase in the number of glue line the product is better protected from inside. It is ideal for use in hot & humid climatic conditions.
